        K. D. PAULEY was born in Frame, West Virginia.  Admitted to bar, 1951, West Virginia. Education: Morris Harvey College (A.B., 1947); George Washington University; West Virginia University (LL.B., 1951). Phi Alpha Delta. Member, U.S. Senate Advisory Board on Business, 1980-84. Member: Kanawha County (Member, Committee on Amendment of the Law, 1970-1971) and West Virginia Bar Associations; West Virginia State Bar.
