State Tax Commissioner Rebecca Craig announced today that Taxpayers can now access "fill-in" Personal Income Tax forms on the State Tax Department website.

Instructions for viewing, completing and printing the forms are available at www.state.wv.us/taxdiv, including information on accessing line-by-line help in completing the form. These forms have been designed to complete all math computations, including refunds or balance due amounts.
